Fire Hydrant Testing

June 26, 2023

Shannon Hills Fire Dept will begin flushing, testing and preventative maintenance on fire hydrants on Monday, July 3^rd. The dept will start on Laddie Dr and extend west to the end of Pleasant Valley. It will take a minimum of 2 weeks. Week 1 will primarily consist of every hydrant east of South Fork Subdivision. Week 2 will finish up South Fork, Carrington Place and Emerald Mtn. If you notice discoloration in your water, flush your home faucets until clear. This is a good time to water plants and grass.
